Abstract
Development of electric machines with high specific power is actual problem. In this case, machines with high-temperature superconducting windings on rotor and stator are the most promising. Application of high-temperature superconducting tapes for windings of electric machines is a complex problem. Machine with annular armature coils could be a solution. Inductance of windings of the machine with annular armature winding is described in this paper. Determined expressions allow choosing rational type of external magnetic shield and its dimensions.
