Fault diagnosis in automotive alternators based on the output voltage parameters 基于输出电压参数的汽车交流发电机故障诊断

Based on analytical studies, it has been established that for automotive alternators the amplitude of the output voltage ripple can be considered a diagnostic parameter indicative of the occurrence of faults leading to its failure. Changing structural parameters in the course of physical modeling provided a way to establish thresholds for the occurrence and development of the most common electrical faults in automotive alternators. Results of experimental research confirm the relationship between structural and diagnostic parameters that was established analytically. Analysis of the obtained data suggests that it is possible to diagnose a fault, which in near future will lead to failure of the automotive alternator, in advance, based on the output voltage parameters.

Diagnostics of the Condition of Sucker-Rod Pumping Units after the Analysis of Wattmeter Cards 有杆抽油机电表卡分析后的状态诊断

The paper is dedicated to the problem of automation of oil producing wells operated by sucker-rod pumps. The method of mathematical processing of wattmeter cards for the diagnostics of sucker-rod pumping units, which allows controlling the condition of surface equipment of the pumping unit, has been developed. The balanced state, as well as the efficiency factor of the pumping unit can be calculated with the help of wattmeter cards. The analysis of wattmeter card spectrum allows detecting vibrational and impact loads, thus helping to diagnose the defects of the gearbox and bearings.

Research of the characteristics of bridge sensory modules based on the AMR effect 基于AMR效应的桥梁传感模块特性研究

The article presents the obtained dynamic characteristics of anisotropic magnetoresistive sensors. A mathematical model of the dynamic parameters of the anisotropic magnetoresistive sensor module is proposed. The mathematical model allows predicting the response of the sensor based on the AMR effect in dynamic mode. Based on the research, a sensor has been developed that implements an original way to increase sensitivity. The device has been tested at the State Center for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, according to the results of which the relative error of the experimental data does not exceed 3%.

Diagnostics of DC motors in the mining and processing production of OJSC “MMK” OJSC“MMK”开采加工生产中直流电机的诊断

This article considers fault of DC motors used in EKG-5A excavators of mining and processing branch of OJSC “MMK”. Quantitative ratios of faults and their types were identified. All motors were categorized by age. Proportion of “under risk” motors was determined. Such DC motors are eligible for fault diagnostics allowing to monitor fault at early stages. Analysis of main diagnosis methods was conducted and creation of recording system of sparking charges between brushes was justified. Approximate design for recording system with built-in antenna was presented. Main requirement for similar systems of fault monitoring and detection operating in harsh environments of DC motors in excavators were formed.

The article describes the use of single-phase and three-phase induction motors, their main advantages and disadvantages are given. The aim of the study was to analyze the types and characteristics of repair of electric machines, to study the volumes and norms of testing induction motors, to review the software for the post-repair test of induction motors up to 1 kV, as well as to develop a concept for constructing a stand for automated post-repair testing of induction motor. The possibility of using the proposed stand, which will allow testing of induction motors in a wide range of sinusoidal load currents in all operating modes with simulated operating modes close to operational, is substantiated, which will make it possible to objectively assess the quality of repair of an electric machine, its energy performance compared to passport ones.

Starter-Generator System for Gas Turbine Engine Based on AC-AC Converter 基于交流-交流变换器的燃气轮机起动-发电机系统

In recent years, there has been a rapid growth of research and development on cross-platform integration of various aircraft systems such as hydraulic, fuel, air conditioning system, power supply system, auxiliary power unit (APU), mid-flight engine, etc. Likewise, there is an increasing trend towards avoiding hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components in favour of electrical systems that have lower losses in energy conversion and higher level of work progress regulation. Systems for generating electrical energy of variable frequency and a constant value of the generated voltage are already available on board the medium-haul aircraft. In this case, devices, which ensure frequency stabilization, are excluded from the system. Aircrafts such as the Boeing-787, A-380 and the new Russian aircraft MC-21 may be cited as examples. The article presents a starter-generator system for the mid-flight engine of the aircraft based on the synchronous motor with permanent magnets (PMSM) and semiconductor converter. The system is built using the algorithm of the adaptive estimator based on the flux linkage, by which it is possible to refuse from the speed sensor and position sensor rotor, which reduces mass and dimensions and reduces the number of information lines of the system. The results of mathematical modelling of the system in the starter mode are also given in the article.

Reliable operation of the power system in large measure depend on competence and professional skills of all levels of operational management. The activities of operating staff are aimed at managing the electric power system in both normal and emergency cconditions. In the latter case, it is necessary to make decisions under time pressure and this requires from the staff not only high competence, but also refined skills to act in stressful conditions. Therefore, the issue of staff training is particularly acute. The article discusses and classifies the main mistakes of operational personnel and their causes. A description of an innovative simulator based on virtual reality is presented, which allows preparing newly adopted operational personnel, maintaining the level of training, and developing behavioral skills in regular and emergency situations.

Spring Drive for Defectoscope 缺陷检波器弹簧传动

The paper presents the developed mathematical model of a spring electric drive with a multi-functional ability of the defectoscope, which has increased selectivity and resolution to the technological defects of the controlled product (oil and gas pipelines, their welds). The work of the spring electric drive for defectoscopes (SED) is based on the fact that the resistance to magnetic flux changes when longitudinal and transverse defects appear on the inner and outer surfaces of the product. As a result of this effect, when the SED moves inside the product on the spring winding as a result of changes in the circuit current, a signal appears that determines the location and parameters of the defects. The technical capabilities of this drive - defectoscope allow us to investigate the detected defects at the following metrological parameters: error in measuring the wall thickness of the tube 0.4 mm; minimum length of the defect type “crack” along the axis of the pipe 40 mm; minimum length of the defect type “transverse crack” 1/6 of the circumference, versatility.

Justification of program for accelerated periodic tests of aircraft turbogenerator - alternating current source 飞机汽轮发电机交流电源加速定期试验方案的论证

The sequence of development of the program of accelerated periodic tests of a TG60/2SM turbo-generator installed onboard aircraft to provide an alternating current produced by the GT-60P48ATV generator is considered. The list of elements of the nodes that determine the reliability and resource of the turbogenerator is determined. According to the results of theoretical and experimental studies, the modes and duration of accelerated periodic tests were determined, allowing to reduce the duration of serial periodic tests from 1250 hours to 300 hours, thereby reducing the time and material costs of their implementation.
