This paper analyzes the generation mechanism of parasitic oscillation of the field effect transistor and uses Matlab/Simulink for parasitic oscillation's simulation, then the parasitic oscillation is superimposed in the ideal model of the inverter. Abstract
During the operation of high frequency inverter, the square wave output of inverter has a large parasitic oscillation due to the influence of the parasitic capacitance and wiring inductance of the power field effect transistor.
