MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda is an educational institution that combines the traditional education system and the modern education system. This situation is supported by professional teacher resources and has a high dedication to institutional development. It has been proven that in the past 3 years this institution has been able to develop and compete with other institutions both in terms of quality and quantity on a district scale. This study aims to determine the efforts to increase teacher professionalism at MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda, and also to determine the application of integrated quality management in the development of teacher professionalism. This research on improving teacher professionalism and implementing integrated quality management in Madrasah teacher professionalism uses a qualitative approach, using descriptive analysis method. Data was collected using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The key informant was the Principal while the other informant was a teacher at MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda.
