Pendidikan karakter dan keteladanan di pondok pesantren salah satu benteng pertahanan yang paling kokoh hingga saat ini. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pendidikan karakter dan keteladanan sudah melekat, identik, dan teruji ratusan tahun-cenennial-di beberapa pondok pesantren besar termasuk pondok modern Darussalam Gontor yang diorkestrai oleh KH Imam Zarkasi. Di mana ruh karakter dan keteladanan beliau masih terus hidup hingga kini. Spirit pendidikan karakter dan keteladanan banyak terinspirasi daru dua tokoh protagonis di dalam Al-Qur’an yang disematkan kepada keduanya term “uswatun hasanah†yaitu habibullah Muhammad ï·º dan khalilullah Ibrahim ‘alahissalam. Ujian dan cobaan yang dirasakan oleh kedua nabi protagonis dalam berdakwah juga dirasakan pahit-getirnya oleh KH Imam Zarkasyi yang melewati masa penjajahan Jepang, pemberontakan G-30 SPKI, dan gagasannya untuk menjadikan pendidikan pesantren sebagai pendidikan utama di Indonesia tidak diakomodir pemerintah saat itu.   Â

Pendidikan menjadi bagian yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kulitas sumber daya manusia, sehingga diperlukan banyak terobosan program pendidikan pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan termasuk perguruan tinggi seperti Universitas Islam Nusantara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas lulusan, peningkatan kualitas dosen dan peningkatan kualitas kurikulum di perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan responden sebanyak 2897 terdiri dari mahasiswa, 164 dosen dan 122 tenaga kependidikan dengan total responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 3223 responden. Setelah dilakukan analisa data, menujukkan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa dengan program ini sebesar 66 %, kesiapan dosen sebesar 53 %, kesiapan tenaga kependidikan sebesar 83 %. Hasil ini menujukkan kesiapan seluruh unsur pendidikan yang ada di kampus dalam melaksanakan program MBKM, dengan asumsi angka yang dihasilkan diatas 50%. Beberapa kendala terkait program ini lebih karena sosialisasi yang kurang masif pada beberapa program studi. Selebihnya mahasiswa yang siap terlibat dalam MBKM sebesar 57,75 %.

The Islamic education curriculum is managed by the Mosque Prosperity Council (DKM) to plan, schedule, determine, and evaluate the materials and methods delivered by the preacher for one year. This study aims to analyze the problem and find solutions for the management of the Friday sermon curriculum at the Hayatul Hasanah Mosque and Baitut Tarbiyah Education Office of Purwakarta Regency. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a grounded theory design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis by triangulation. The findings of the research are that the planning already looks good, namely by setting the schedule for the khatib and imam for the Friday prayers of the two mosques for one year, but there are no clear policies, plans, work techniques, costs. It was found that the DKM organization already had a clear organizational structure, although it still did not explain in detail the relationship between one structure and another with regard to work relations and coordination of the achievement of certain standards in the Friday sermon curriculum. Coordination between members of the DKM structure in providing motivation and coordination has not been optimal even though it has been carried out before the Friday sermon is held. Control is carried out by setting standards, measuring, reviewing results with standards, and improving standards and evidence of activities if there are problems related to the Friday sermon curriculum. This process apparently has not been specifically found .

In general, the purpose of this research is to reveal the implementation of behavioural-based education management in MTs Yatashi Bogor. Specifically, the purpose of this research are (1) to know the implementation of behavioural-based education management in MTs Yatashi Bogor. (2) to know the implementation of behavioural-based education in MTs Yatashi Bogor. This research is a field research that is conducted directly to the location to obtain and collect the data. This research is conducted to examine the qualitative problems, specifically the data procedures that produce the descriptive data in the form of written or spoken from people and their behaviour. The implementation of behavioural-based education management in MTs Yatashi Bogor is pursued through four alternative strategies in an integrated manner. (a) integrate the educational content of formulated behaviour into all subjects. (b) integrate behavioural education into daily activities in school. (c) integrate behavioural education into programmed or planned activities. (d) establish communication between school and students’ parents. Based on the discussion above it can be concluded that the implementation of education management in terms of behaviour through two activities. They are Intracurricular, specifically through teaching and learning activities that have been scheduled by Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs and Curriculum. Meanwhile, Extracurricular for instance scouting, religious, Islamic art, Red Cross Youth scheduled by Assistant Principal of Students Affairs. Besarnya korelasi antar variabel X1 dan Y adalah sebesar 0,503 > 0,159. Besarnya korelasi antara variabel X2 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,394 > 0,159. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil Belajar matematika mahasiswa Politeknik PGRI Banten. (2) hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika Mahasiswa Politeknik PGRI Banten. (3) Hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika mahasiswa Politeknik PGRI Banten. Ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda dengan uji prasyarat, analisis korelasi product moment dan regresi berganda. Besarnya korelasi antar variabel X1 dan Y adalah sebesar 0,503 > 0,159. Besarnya korelasi antara variabel X2 dengan Y adalah sebesar 0,394 > 0,159. This research was conducted as an effort to find out the process of student management in Islamic schools, more precisely high school (SMA) Plus which is under the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. Here, SMA Plus students automatically become students at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to determine the management process of Islamic education students in an effort to improve the discipline of SMA Plus students as students at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Ciamis. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method, an effort to describe all the processes carried out as understanding, learning and also in-depth studies to be implemented in other educational institutions. The results of the study show that the student management process at SMA Plus is certainly different from the student management process at public schools, although there are similarities, it will not be too similar and have its own characteristics. Management can be interpreted as management or regulation. In the scope of education, management is a measure of success in carrying out the educational process so that the expected goals can be carried out properly. Students are an important element in an educational institution, especially Islamic boarding schools because students have a big role as objects in the implementation of education. Therefore, an educational institution needs to think about how to manage students well, especially in Islamic educational institutions. The management of Islamic education students must be based on the Al-Quran and Hadith because the essence of Islamic values can be directed according to the instructions in the Al-Quran and Hadith.

Improving the quality of education has become a national strategic issue and a study of education quality management. The teacher's performance factor is one of the factors that determine the achievement of madrasah performance in meeting educational standards. This study aims to analyze the contribution of teacher performance to the quality of education in Madrasah. The sample in this study were private madrasah aliyah teachers in Jepara. Samples were taken using cluster sampling technique as many as 178 respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and factor analysis on structural modeling with the SmartPLS.30 application. The results showed that the teacher's performance factors were well reflected in the four forming dimensions, namely the pedagogic, professional, social and personality dimensions. The professional dimensions and personality of the teacher have a strong contribution to predicting the increase in the achievement of madrasa quality standards. Overall indicators on the teacher performance variable have a significant contribution to the achievement of the quality of madrasa education with a path coefficient value of 0.494 or 49.4% is influenced by teacher performance .

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan komponen utama dan sebagai penentu keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan SDM yang akan dikelola dan dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dna efisiensi lembaga maupun bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dengan tujuan perencanaan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang lembaga pendidikan, maka dari itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengangkatan guru di MI Al-Muthohhar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah metode kualitatif, dimana lebih mementingkan segi proses daripada hasil. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis yaitu jenis penelitian yang mendeskripsikan secara jelas masalah penelitian dalam pembahasan dan kesimpulan. Hasil analisi data mendeskripsikan bahwa terdapat 3 poin penting yaitu tentang proses perencanaan guru, perekrutan, dan proses pengangkatan. Ketiga poin tersebut jika dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin maka akan terciptanya pendidikan yang diharapkan, efektif, dan efisien.
