The purpose of this study is to analogize LDL sub-group concentration pre and post a diet with LowFat and LowCholesterol \nwritten a prescription to dyslipidemic sicks along 3 months. \nMaterial and Methods: Diagnosticated dyslipidemia sicks (n=47) on the part of the endocrinologist were pursued along 3 months \nvia a LowFat, LowCholesterol diet upon a lasting a month basis, on condition that they were proper for each. Before and after dietary \nintervention periods, biochemical parameters and anthropometric measurements were compared. \nResults: A sum of 47 participants (15 men and 32 women) with an average age of 48.51±9.86 years were involved. 13 women were at \npremenopausal and 19 women were at postmenopausal stages of 32 women involved.
