Enterprises make seamless integration of the four major systems through information technology, and then improve the transportation efficiency and accuracy of logistics, so that customers and internal and external management of enterprises can better feel the convenience brought by logistics. After the implementation of the system, the enterprise will establish a collection of procurement, sales, production, storage, transportation, distribution, information services and other multi-functional integrated platform, it is intelligent integration and digital. Abstract

The development and progress of science and technology have promoted the upgrading of technology, and the complicated international and domestic situation has brought new challenges and opportunities to photovoltaic industry. It is an urgent need for enterprise management to coordinate upstream and downstream, link internal and external resources of the enterprise, grasp customer orders and logistics information in real time, visually display the business situation, and trace the status and abnormal situation of products online in the whole process. 光伏企业智能物流系统的设计与实现
科技的发展进步促进了技术的升级换代,复杂的国际国内形势给光伏产业带来了新的挑战和机遇。协调上下游,链接企业内外部资源,实时掌握客户订单和物流信息,可视化显示业务情况,全程跟踪产品在线状态和异常情况,是企业管理层迫切需要的。智能物流平台的建立可以提高企业物流管理效率、客户服务满意度和物流配送质量。本文设计的光伏企业智能物流平台主要构建电子商务系统、订单管理OMS系统、仓储管理WMS系统和运输管理TMS系统。企业通过信息技术使四大系统无缝集成,进而提高物流的运输效率和准确性,使客户和企业的内外部管理人员更好地感受到物流带来的便利。系统实施后,企业将建立一个集采购、销售、生产、仓储、运输、配送、信息服务等多功能的综合平台,实现智能化集成和数字化。这样才能提高企业的资源利用率和生产力水平,从而使企业创造更多更丰富的社会价值。
