The positive effect of Trigonella foenum-graecum on T1DM remission in this patient is not ascertained but possible. Relevant literature of studies and case reports of similar prolonged T1DM remission reviewed and summarized. Abstract

The clinical and biochemical variables of a patient with unusual and relatively long? type 1 diabetes (T1DM) remission are reported.
