Abstract
The environmental, economic and social problems that are encountered in tourism today are largely due to the neglect of purposeful management. The reflection of these negatives affects the environment, leads to a loss of identity, and provokes a decrease in interest in tourist destinations. Therefore, the research purpose is to explore the possibilities for tourism in the new realities of sustainability, within the potential of certification to promote management and competitiveness.
