Abstract
The article is devoted to the organization of strategic relations with the public in international relations in the face of global challenges. The aim of the study is to analyze the crisis in the practice of public relations, based on considering the infrastructure components (factors) that determine the strategy, nature, and methodology of PR at the national-state level.
