Using the method of regression analysis, this paper examines the influences of collaboration degree of Industry-University-Research and innovative environment on regional innovative output based on Chinese data. The findings show that the effect of collaboration degree is significant. However, with the help of environment, the effect can be quite different. Both political and technology medium environment can reduce these influences, infrastructure environment can strengthen the influence while the humanistic environment has no significant impact. Abstract
