Achievement motivation training dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada pekerjaan yang dijalani saat ini, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka dengan cepat dan lebih baik. Motivasi dalam melakukan pekerjaan karyawan juga diperlukan karena apabila motivasi dalam bekerja tidak ada maka karyawan tidak merasa puas dan malas melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja Karyawan karena dengan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman karyawan dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada Karyawan di Kawasan Cikarang. Hasil penelitian mampu membuktikan bahwa Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dikawasan Cikarang, Achievement motivasi training, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. \nThe research intends to analyze achievement motivation training, job satisfaction and work environment on the results of employee performance. Achievement motivation training can improve employee performance in the current job, this training is to help employees complete work faster and better. Motivation in doing the work of employees is also needed because if there is no motivation at work, employees are not satisfied and are lazy to do their jobs well. In addition, the work environment also affects employee performance results because with a safe and comfortable work environment employees can do a good job to achieve company goals. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire given via Google Form to employees in the Cikarang area. Abstract
Penelitian bermaksud menganalisis achievement motivation training, kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan. Achievement motivation training dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada pekerjaan yang dijalani saat ini, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan mereka dengan cepat dan lebih baik. Motivasi dalam melakukan pekerjaan karyawan juga diperlukan karena apabila motivasi dalam bekerja tidak ada maka karyawan tidak merasa puas dan malas melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja Karyawan karena dengan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman karyawan dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan melalui Google Form kepada Karyawan di Kawasan Cikarang.
