Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan terhadap 50 (lima puluh) karyawan penyandang disabilitas di Inkubator Bisnis MP-WNBK PNJ dengan metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Penelitian menghasilkan 3 (tiga) temuan utama, yaitu: 1) Lingkungan kerja yang memenuhi empat asas aksesibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas. 2) Tingkat stres kerja WNBK di Inkubator Bisnis MP-WNBK PNJ berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. 3) Kepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas. \nWork environment, job stress and job satisfaction are variables that affect the work performance of employees with disabilities at PNJ MP-WNBK Business Incubator. Qualitative research was conducted on 50 (fifty) employees with disabilities who are working at MP- WNBK PNJ Business Incubator with purposive sampling method and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews. Abstract
Lingkungan kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja diduga menjadi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas di Inkubator Bisnis MP- WNBK PNJ. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan terhadap 50 (lima puluh) karyawan penyandang disabilitas di Inkubator Bisnis MP-WNBK PNJ dengan metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam.
