According to the model, a multi-objective programming algorithm is given. Abstract

Over the past two decades, humans have been constantly aware of environmental issues, taking into account the long-term impact of human activities on the environment. In particular, the risks brought about by the transportation and handling of dangerous goods have attracted the attention of the public. Therefore, in order to reduce the consequences of an accident during the disposal process, the treatment and disposal facilities should be located in a small population area.
