High-pressure vacuum contactor is an important primary equipment for high-voltage power plant system in power plants. It has the advantages of low noise, long service life and frequent operation. It is mainly used for the control of high-voltage motors in factories. If the switch is repeatedly switched on and off, it will cause great impact force on the stator coil and rotor squirrel cage bar of the motor, and damage the insulation of the winding and cause overheating and fracture of the squirrel cage bar. At the same time, it may also cause bus grounding, damage or even explosion of the switch contacts. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and discuss the fault causes of the anti-jump control loop of the high-voltage vacuum contactor of the power plant, and seek to solve the "anti-jump" scheme. The control loop is optimized by analysis to solve the fault, and technical support is also provided for the anti-jump circuit of the 6kV vacuum switch and the FC switch.

To supervise the safety production situation of construction enterprises more effectively, this paper discusses the background and significance of the safety production index system, analyses the key technologies in the safety management process of construction enterprises, designs and develops a safety information management system based on risk analysis. The system adopts B/S architecture and Java is used as the development language. Struts 2, Spring and Hibernate are used as open source frameworks under J2EE platform to design the system. In addition, the MVC design mode is used to divide the system into layers. Each layer is independent of each other and interacts with each other, which is conducive to the updating and maintenance of system functions. In terms of database usage, the relational database MSSQL 2016 is chosen as the data storage platform. The test results show that the system has the characteristics of strong usability, good coupling and high security, which effectively improves the work efficiency and safety management level of construction enterprises.

How to construct bilingual comparable corpus and further mine fine-grained bilingual resources, which is an important way to solve the lack of bilingual resources in cross-language information processing. Firstly, this paper expounds the important value of bilingual comparable corpus construction. Secondly, the methods of quality evaluation are discussed on bilingual comparable corpus. Thirdly, the research status of comparable corpus construction is analyzed, including lexicon-based feature, document-oriented representation and non-content-based approach. Furthermore, the progress in the application of bilingual comparable corpus has been expounded, which mainly involves bilingual lexicons extraction, bilingual multiword expressions extraction, parallel sentences extraction and cross-language information processing. Finally, the existing problems and future research directions are proposed.

In Cooperative Networks based on simultaneous wireless information and power transfer (SWIPT), relay nodes collect the energy of radio signals received from source node and transmit the information of source nodes to destination nodes, which not only prolongs the service life of energy-constrained nodes, but also improves the ability of long-distance transmission of information. Due to the openness of energy harvesting, there may be eavesdropping users with malicious decoding. In order to study the security performance of the Cooperative Networks based on SWIPT, this paper mainly studies the physical layer security performance of this network, derives and simulates the expression of system security outage probability and throughput. The simulation results show that the system security performance is mainly influenced by time allocation parameter of SWIPT and decreases with the increase of target rate.

Up to now, a number of existing methods have worked fairly well in the field of vehicle and license plate detection. However, those methods are still not sufficient enough for satisfying practical industrial demands in terms of efficiency and accuracy, exhibiting poor performances such as incomplete detection of license plated when multiple vehicles are contained in the target image, and poor vehicle recognition when illumination is inadequate at night. To solve these limitations, a novel end-to-end secondary detection network named ES-Yolov3-tiny is proposed in this paper. ES-Yolov3-tiny can improve detection efficiency and accuracy by virtue of the secondary detection technology, and detect multiple vehicles in the same target image with the help of the interested region extraction technology. Compared with other existing state-of-the-art methods, the experiments show that the proposed method has better accuracy and lower computational cost.

A recommendation algorithm is put forward for the potential candidate recommendation technology in human resources. The dynamic decision diagram is combined in this method based on collaborative filtering technology and partition clustering technology. Firstly, the computational matrix that integrates the dynamic decision diagram recommendation algorithm is established so that the algorithm can recommend information in reference to the matrix. Secondly, the assignment range of the matrix is improved, so that the recommendation algorithm can integrate the evaluations of all users. Finally, the evaluation value and the update coefficient are added, which makes the dynamic update of the algorithm possible, thus recommending the most satisfactory information to the users. On this basis, an advanced recommendation algorithm based on partition clustering is proposed, which has further improved the precision and real-time performance of the algorithm. In addition, experiments are carried out to verify that the ultimate commendation algorithm based on partition clustering is the optimal recommendation algorithm for potential candidates in human resources, which can provide the most satisfactory information to users.

The fundamental problem of the emergency repair and construction is to evaluate the efficiency of the support plan of emergency supply for earthquake repair. This paper constructs reasonable evaluation model of each support plans' input and output based on DEA and gets the relative efficiency of each support plans to choose the rational plan. When fuzzy DEA can not evaluate the efficiency of support plans in the special case which is after the earthquake and the outputs are fuzzy data, it can get average efficiency by using Monte-Carlo method to simulate the outputs of each support plan and provide decision makers with scientific basis for choosing the rational support plan.

In order to avoid the flight dysfunctions caused by the failure and damage of the actuator, the sensor, and the structure of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the UAV could return safely or continue to complete the missions, the adaptive control technology, the PID control technology, and other related technologies have been combined to study the fault tolerant control of UAV. At the same time, in order to ensure the speed and stability of the aircraft, a robust based multi-model adaptive control system is designed for the attitude control of the quadrotor UAV rotor aircraft; in addition, the effectiveness of the above method is verified through simulation experiments. The results have shown that if the flight control system can detect and identify the system faults in time and take certain fault tolerant controls, the survivability of the UAV would be greatly improved.
