Abstract
This paper studies the history of ERP and E-commerce, analysis the importance of integration and possible facing problems, and then presents the principle of integration, which is "unified strategy, process optimization, application integration and data synchronization". Finally, a complete and feasible solution is given for manufacter E-commerce and ERP integration.
