Providing vocational education is an effective way to help graduates to improve competitiveness. This paper comparatively analysis the characteristics of enterprise training from the teaching aspect as well as the learning aspect, which helps to understand the difference between enterprise training and academic education. Based on the analysis, suggestions are proposed for having enterprise training features in academic education.

On the condition of global finance crisis, marketing innovation of E-Business enterprises is particularly important. The thesis extracts 6 factors from 15 factors of affecting tacit knowledge share in marketing innovation and builds a theoretical model of mechanism research of tacit knowledge share in marketing innovation of E-Business enterprises. 230 E-Business enterprises in China were studied as empirical samples to test the model. It turns out relation credit; sustain from leadership; communication intercommunion and reciprocal degree have distinct positive effect on tacit knowledge share, relation credit is most. Meanwhile, insecurity has distinct negative effect on tacit knowledge share, and pressure from task has no distinct positive effect on tacit knowledge share. The thesis brings forward management advice.

Web recommendation system is an important research content of web mining. In this paper, we propose a new web recommendation system model based on cluster mode to realize the real-time online recommendation. First, we use a new method to get the feature vector based on tf-idf method. Second, we use an unsupervised web page clustering algorithm to realize user clustering. According to the result of clustering, we use naïve Bayesian method to predict user’s action according to its web navigation. Experimental evidence shows that using this method to explain users’ active browsing goals is effectively enhanced.

The development level of service industry is the important index measuring social economy developing stage. Rapid development of service is the internal requirement of solving human problem and improving social harmony. This article will focus on service with experience qualities. Through the analysis on development of service industry, brand analysis and the influence of loyalty, this article summarizes the importance of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty to organization development. Theoretically, the customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and their measuring are discussed; also include the procedure and the major contents, and specific to quantitative analysis. Through the argument and empirical research, the relationship of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty will be demonstrated to give recommendation to organization on developing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
