The new hybrid control strategy not only solves the oscillating problem caused by the change of transformer taps and shunt capacitors switching, but also responses the global optimal control command of reactive power in time. Abstract
Based on hybrid control theory, this paper introduces an integrated control strategy of voltage and reactive power in substation.
