Research on the AGV Based Robot System Used in Substation Inspection 基于AGV的变电站巡检机器人系统研究

At the present time, substation equipments are inspected one by one by electric power workers in our country. It not only costs much manpower and material resources, but is also inefficient and insecure. The laser guided AGV based robot system used in substation inspection is a much better choice to solve the above problems. AGV, namely automatic guided vehicle, is a kind of simple mobile robot, which integrates sound, light, electricity and computer. And it is applied in the fields of industry manufacture and logistics widely and maturely. Improving the laser guided AGV in configuration, location, run and control software and so on combined with the requirement of substation operating standard, and then the improved AGV can be used in automatic inspection of substation equipments. The paper introduces the theory and application of laser guided AGV briefly, analyses the feasibility of improving AGV to meet the requirements of field environment and operation standard of substation, and then the design scheme of AGV based robot system used in substation equipment inspection is brought forward. The robot system can replace workers to inspect equipments in substation automatically or remote-controlled, and the operation automation of substation is improved to a new level. Accordingly, the application in substation inspection of the robot system based on laser guided AGV has notable economical benefits and social significance.
目前,我国的变电站设备都是由电力工人逐个检查的。它不仅耗费大量的人力物力,而且效率低下,不安全。基于激光制导AGV的变电站巡检机器人系统是解决上述问题的较好选择。AGV即自动导引车,是一种集声、光、电、计算机为一体的简易移动机器人。在工业制造和物流领域得到了广泛而成熟的应用。结合变电站运行标准的要求,对激光制导AGV在配置、定位、运行和控制软件等方面进行了改进,使改进后的AGV能够用于变电站设备的自动检测。简要介绍了激光引导AGV的原理和应用,分析了对AGV进行改进以满足变电站现场环境和运行标准要求的可行性,提出了基于AGV的变电站设备巡检机器人系统的设计方案。该机器人系统可以代替人工自动或遥控对变电站设备进行巡检,将变电站的运行自动化程度提高到一个新的水平。因此,将基于激光制导AGV的机器人系统应用于变电站巡检具有显著的经济效益和社会意义。

Research of Out-of-Step Protection System Based on Wide Area Measure System 基于广域测量系统的失步保护系统研究

Out-of-step protection is the worst situation to prevent a power system from collapse in the large-size connection electrified wire netting. If no methods adopted to deal with it, the power grid will blackout. So we must choose the right criteria to detect the synchronization loss, do well with the coordination methods and select the situation and the time to trip the generators. This paper outlines several criteria for detecting the synchronization loss and gives the advantages, disadvantages. It points out that it is worth to adopt ameliorated UCOS Phi criteria based on WAMS. The separate situation is at the connected with lines that the oscillation center located in, not but at the power balance spot. We should do our best to leave the load of related substation in the delivery end. The best separate time is at the soon an oscillation cycle ends because here the electric current of the break implement opening and break off is the least and its concussion is the least. We choose the best separate time at 2~3 oscillation cycle for lower voltage electrified wire netting. For 500 kV electrified wire netting we must separate it as soon as 1~2 oscillation cycle. Now WAMS can commute states and dates every 1.666 ms used light communications, it helps for studied on out-of-step and corresponded in total power grid on hardware. The result indicates that wide area measure system based realtime measure and faced entirely course for power grid is the best direction.

Process-oriented State Estimation using Innovation Network Graph Based PMUs 基于创新网络图的pmu面向过程状态估计

The advent of PMU-based WAMS provides a chance to improve the traditional state estimation, AC load flow model innovation (network) graph state estimation based PMUs is a new but effective estimation algorithm. By using it, this paper carries out process-oriented state estimation using all the measurements within a period of time, which can provide characteristic states within a process of time. In order to develop the new method, the operating process is divided into several processes and sub-processes according to the topology change. In each process or sub-process, a characteristic state is derived which can represent the average status of this process or sub- process. In order to compute the expected states, an expected innovation network graph is derived. The IEEE-5 bus system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the new method.

An Improved Power Transformer Diagnosis System for Incipient Fault Based on Fuzzy Rough Set Theory 基于模糊粗糙集理论的电力变压器早期故障诊断系统

Based on fuzzy rough set theory (FRS), the paper is meant to present a new diagnosis system with gas ratios method for transformer incipient fault diagnosis, which not only has the capability of coping with incomplete information inputting and rules reduction just as in conventional rough set theory (RS), but also has the capability of fuzzification of thresholds of continuous values of attributes. Since strict thresholds setting is said to undergo the diagnosis effectiveness, A method of fuzzy subsets extraction from database based on KDD technology is employed to the setting attributes, which improve the power of prevailing IEC/IEEE criteria in fields of strict thresholds setting. Finally, results of testing the proposed diagnosis system on actual dissolved gas records are addressed, which confirmed that rules represented by fuzzy terms and extracted based on FRS allow diagnosis results to be satisfied, and diagnosis system proposed can provide a satisfactory accuracy.

Design of a Novel Voltage Supply Applied for Measure System of High Voltage Side in Power System 一种用于电力系统高压侧测量系统的新型电压电源设计

A current/voltage supply is presented based on the technology of PWM. It adopts GTR as the shunt. It can convert the current supply that is generated by 220 v alternating voltage to a voltage supply with low heat rate and stable output voltage. This power supply is especially adapted to be used as the power supply for measure system of a high voltage side in power system. The operating principle of the circuit and the pivotal technology are analyzed, and the simulating and experimental results are also given in this paper.

Studies on Substation Voltage and Reactive Power Automatic Regulating Criteria 变电站电压和无功自动调节准则研究

This paper suggests a new criterion for substation voltage regulation and reactive power automatic regulation, which introduces voltage status into reactive power regulation criterion, making the reactive power regulation boundary a fuzzy one variable with voltage status. Being agreeable to human judgement, this criterion can improve compensation effects and effective in keeping a stable voltage and reducing the number of on-load tapping switch adjustments.
本文提出了一种新的变电站电压调节和无功自动调节判据,将电压状态引入无功调节判据中,使无功调节边界成为带有电压状态的模糊单变量。该准则符合人的判断,可以提高补偿效果,对保持电压稳定和减少有载分接开关调整次数有效。

Security Coordinated Economic Dispatch for Joint Energy and Reserve Markets 联合能源和储备市场的安全协调经济调度

In power markets, SO can maintain system security by preventively restraining the energy transactions or, if having procured sufficient reserves, by dispatching the reserves correctively after any contingency happens. The traditional security constrained unit commitment (SCUC) or economic dispatch (SCED), being with all the contingency constraints, probably leads to lower market efficiency. In this paper, a security coordinated economic dispatch (SCoED) model is presented for day-ahead energy and reserve joint market, which is formulated as a Stackelberg leader-follower problem, the upper level determining the energy and reserve procurement schedules subjecting to only the normal constraints while in the lower level, economic dispatch of the procured reserves is executed for every possible N-l contingency to maintain system security. A numerical example is carried out on a 6-bus system to compare the energy market efficiency and reserve procurement cost under the traditional SCED and the SCoED.

Evaluation of Battery System for Frequency Control in Interconnected Power System with a Large Penetration of Wind Power Generation 风电大渗透互联电力系统中电池系统的变频控制评价

Recently, a lot of distributed generations such as wind power generation are going to be installed into power systems. However, the fluctuation of these generator outputs affects the system frequency. Therefore, introduction of battery system to the power system has been considered in order to suppress the fluctuation of the total power output of the distributed generation. For frequency analysis, we use the interconnected 2-area power system model. It is assumed that a small control area with a large penetration of wind power plants is interconnected into a large control area. In this system, the tie line power fluctuation is very large as well as the system frequency fluctuation. It is shown that the installed battery can suppress these fluctuations and that the effect of battery on suppression of fluctuations depends on the battery capacity. Then, the required battery capacity for suppressing the tie line power deviation within a given level is calculated.

Parameter Identification of Excitation Systems Based on Hopfield Neural Network 基于Hopfield神经网络的励磁系统参数辨识

The parameter identification based on Hopfield neural network (HNN) was applied to a static excitation system. The applicable algorithm of the identification method was given in detail. Nine-parameter excitation system was studied. The HNN of twenty neurons were designed in order to identify these parameters. Finally model validation was performed. Numerical simulation results testify that this method has high precision and quick convergence. The method can be implemented with electronic circuit, so it will benefit the on-line parameter identification of the excitation system and will have significance to any system that can be described by state space model.
将基于Hopfield神经网络(HNN)的参数辨识方法应用于静态励磁系统。详细给出了该识别方法的适用算法。对九参数励磁系统进行了研究。为了识别这些参数,设计了20个神经元的HNN。最后进行模型验证。数值仿真结果表明,该方法精度高,收敛速度快。该方法可以用电子电路实现,有利于励磁系统的在线参数辨识,对任何可以用状态空间模型描述的系统都有一定的指导意义。

Measured Impedance by Distance Relay Considering Double Model of the Line Capacitance 考虑线电容双模型的距离继电器测量阻抗

This paper investigate the measured impedance by distance relay considering the transmission line capacitance by utilizing a double pi model for the line. The distance relay ideal tripping characteristic is therefore presented. The measured impedance and the tripping characteristic are compared with those in the case of not considering the line capacitance. In the case of zero fault resistance, the deviation of the measured impedance from its exact value caused by the line capacitance is also investigated.
