Abstract

Digital trade represented by cross-border e-commerce has become an important engine for the high-quality development of my country's economy in the post-epidemic era. The characteristics of digital and brand-new new occupations such as "business + language + technology", and the characteristics of digital trade professional quality and professional skills in new positions make it difficult for the talents trained and delivered by existing higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the rapid development of digital trade. 后疫情时代数字贸易人才教育教学改革的探索与实践
以跨境电商为代表的数字贸易已成为后疫情时代推动我国经济高质量发展的重要引擎。“商务+语言+技术”等数字化、全新职业的特点,以及数字贸易专业素质和新岗位专业技能的特点,使得现有高职院校培养和输送的人才难以适应数字贸易快速发展的需要。本文基于后疫情时代数字贸易视角下人才供给的结构性矛盾与困境,迎合数字经济时代的发展,依托新职业、新岗位、人才新需求,从政府层面和高校层面探索教育教学的改革与可行性。该培训路径是在金融商业行业“新经济、新业态、新技术、新职业”和“四新”内涵和数字技术快速发展的背景下,针对企业人才的实际需求而设计的。
