Abstract
This paper investigated towards analysis of conventional three phase star connected AC chopper system in floated neutral configuration feeding heating loads. The effect of floated neutral has been experimentally investigated in depth. The various systems performance parameters like power factor, total harmonic distortion, crest factor and reactive power demand have been presented and discussed using experimental results recorded on power analyzer.
