Abstract

There has been a plenty of research done on the characterization of surface in macroscopic level. The surface characterization of materials at Nano scale using image processing techniques find plenty applications in computer vision and image processing technologies. This is a novel area of research and only little number of researches exists in terms of literature for the analysis of Nano scale materials. A few attempts have been done in Nano scale images.
