Study on Public Participation in Public Project Decision under E-government Environment

Abstract

Public participation is necessary for democratic and scientific public project decision. E-government network provides technical feasibility to the efficient and low cost public participation. In this paper, the information flow covering whole process of public project is analyzed under E-government environment. Meta-synthesis is applied as an effective method to solve the complex problems of public participation in public project decision. Internet-based Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthesis is presented to implement public participation.
