The present paper prioritized the indicators, using fuzzy questionnaires and by gathering the managers’ ideas, in order to obtain the most important evaluating indicators. After obtaining these indicators, Data Envelopment Analysis method was used to determine the performance bound interval, regarding the fact that the data are related to a certain period of time and their nature is imprecise and fuzzy. Abstract: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is used to evaluate the efficiency of the bank branches.
