Abstract: Lebanon has entered its fifth year as a country holding the largest number of Syrian refugees in the region fleeing the war in Syria. All regions and cities in Lebanon with a high concentration of Syrian refugees share a similar extended marginality, underdevelopment, and have a weak infrastructure. Syrian refugees enjoy different levels of political and legal conditions, freedom of mobility, access to goods and services, access to the labor market all across their geographical settlements within Lebanon. The Syrian refugee crisis has now become a threat to the stability of Lebanon. This paper shows the shifting developments of the refugee crisis in Lebanon since the beginning of the war in Syria. It analyses, researches, explains, and evaluates the result of the Syrian Refugees on the economy, health, education, environment, and transportation sector resulting in overcrowding, competition for jobs and businesses, threat to security and safety through the implementation of a mixed method approach using both primary and secondary data. The main issue is to evaluate to what extend the Syrian refugees crisis impacted Lebanon. A survey was conducted in all regions of Lebanon; the respondents are from different age group, different background, different income and different educational level. The data was analyzed using SPSS. The aim of this research is to disclose the mismanagement of the crisis that shape the State of Lebanons policy towards it. The work deployed by NGOs and UNHCR agencies in Lebanon could not replace Lebanese government responsibilities and tasks. Funds, rules and legislations to Lebanese governments are becoming critical if the countrys stability is to be guaranteed. There is more need than ever to take actions assuming the responsibilities of maintaining and protecting Lebanon from a catastrophic situation. In its conclusion this paper proposes guidelines to regulate and manage the presence of the Syrian refugees along with a needed law for migrant protecting both the refugees and the citizens of Lebanon.

Therefore, this research aims to study the impact of BTM (as a measure for differentiating between growth and value stocks) on the profitability of momentum investment strategy in Tehran Stock Exchange. The research was conducted during 2004-2014 and a sample of 40 firms was chosen from all accepted firms in Tehran Stock Exchange by the knockout method. The results indicated that in the mentioned period, differential return of winning and losing portfolio has been positive and this indicated positive profitability of momentum investment strategy in both growth and value stocks.

Abstract: The main issue here, as it is clear in the title, is the improvement in the ideal type of university along with the emergence of knowledge society and the change in the knowledge nature. It means that the traditional mode of universities will change to a new formulation of academic one which is convergent with the knowledge society needs. With analyzing the social theories focused on this change, this article first compilates the ideal type of university in knowledge society and then according to these new modes we are going to propose the Indicators to empirically study the university adapted to the knowledge society in comparison to the traditional one.

Abstract: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is used to evaluate the efficiency of the bank branches. The present paper prioritized the indicators, using fuzzy questionnaires and by gathering the managers’ ideas, in order to obtain the most important evaluating indicators. After obtaining these indicators, Data Envelopment Analysis method was used to determine the performance bound interval, regarding the fact that the data are related to a certain period of time and their nature is imprecise and fuzzy. Then, Fuzzy Theory method and Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis method were employed to rank the branches, and finally the results were presented.
