Abstract
The results of content analysis of the role of polymorphism of the ACE gene genotype (RS4646994) in persons employed in the Arctic region are presented. It has been shown that it can be recommended as a universal marker in the diagnosis of not only essential hypertension, but other diseases of the cardiovascular system.
