Abstract
For separation of traditional files management from business flow, the integrated method of files management based on cooperative OA is proposed. The browser / server, Internet collaborative office and files management are organically integrated. To a domestic institution, for example, using ASP + MS SQLServer2000 structure in combination with Ajax concept, the method is researched and a corresponding management system is developed. After user login system, through the sub-sets permissions operation, they can complete business chain tasks. At the same time, the information generated is managed by files-style management. The effect of trial operation for the integrated management system is obvious.
针对传统文件管理与业务流程分离的问题，提出了基于协同OA的文件管理集成方法。将浏览器/服务器、Internet协同办公、文件管理有机集成。以国内某机构为例，采用ASP + MS SQLServer2000结构，结合Ajax的概念，研究了该方法，并开发了相应的管理系统。用户登录系统后，通过子集权限操作，即可完成业务链任务。同时，对生成的信息进行文件式管理。综合管理体系试运行效果明显。
