The data analysis method was used with MAXQDA 2020-Qualitative data Analyses program, Colaizzi's 7-step analysis process. \nResults: We five main themes related to the learning needs of patients who have undergone bariatric surgery were determined as; “Physiological Requirements, Psychological Requirements, Social requirements, Consulting requirements and Learning methods”. \nConclusion: It was determined that the patients had the highest learning needs on postoperative nutrition, complications, surgical procedure, symptoms, daily life activities, mobilization, adapting to the social life, learning materials, to come together with the people experiencing the process of bariatric surgery, etc. in the codes and sub-codes created from the patient expressions. Abstract

减肥手术患者的学习需求:一项定性研究
目的:本研究旨在确定经历过减肥手术的患者应该从健康专业人员那里接受的培训需求。材料与方法:本研究采用定性研究方法。该研究于2020年4月至2020年7月在一所大学医院对13名患者进行了研究。研究数据采用半结构化访谈表和患者社会人口统计表收集。数据分析方法采用MAXQDA 2020-Qualitative data Analyses program, Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis process。结果:我们确定了与减肥手术患者学习需求相关的五个主要主题为;“生理要求、心理要求、社会要求、咨询要求、学习方法”。结论:从患者表情创建的码和子码中,确定患者对术后营养、并发症、手术程序、症状、日常生活活动、动员、适应社会生活、学习材料、与经历减肥手术过程的人在一起等方面的学习需求最高。接受减肥手术的患者需要持续的、容易获得的、适用的和情感上的支持,以防止手术前后的并发症,改变行为,防止体重增加。
