The analytical hierarchy process method was used in this research. Based on interviews and literature reviews, the criteria used are project schedule, collaboration, and task / Kanban. Abstract

Good project management is the main pillar of a project's success from an internal perspective. However, in 2020, the world was being hit by a sudden disruption in the form of the pandemic disease which greatly affects all aspects of social life. One of the effects of this pandemic is a large-scale social restriction, which is the limitation of a large group of people in one activity.
