Decision making for the person in-charge of designing a new ball mill machine project using Analytic Network Process (ANP) case of Chukoh Seiki Co., Ltd., Japan 以日本中天精机株式会社为例,运用分析网络过程(ANP)对新球磨机项目设计负责人进行决策

In making a decision, it is necessary to have factors or accurate comparisons. The research was conducted to select the person in charge of the new project design within the company using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method where this method will use existing factors based on experience and work periods for each design. The decisions given are based on questionnaires obtained from respondents of industrial practitioners engaged in the industrial world, especially design engineering and development. The results are processed in a program called a superior decision. From the results of data processing, it was found that as the person in charge of the project is INA 1 had to improve communication in Japanese so that it was fluent in a job.

Circular Economy in Plastic Pallet Manufacturer (PPM) using Nano Level Material Circularity Indicator (MCI) 基于纳米级材料循环度指标(MCI)的塑料托盘制造企业循环经济研究

The circular economy concept is an industrial system concept with a restorative and/or regenerative design, which is closely related to the material flow. The implementation of a circular economy in a system begins with an initial design based on an assessment of the circularity of the existing system. Of several circularity assessment tools, the Material Circularity Indicator (MCI) was chosen because the assessment is quantitative. The object of this research is Plastic Pallet Manufacturer (PPM) with its main product, namely plastic pallets where the product characteristics are unique, namely between functional products and innovative products. The Nano Level model is implemented to capture material flow at the operational level where PPM has two different flows, namely open and closed in its manufacturing program. Implementing the Nano Model to MCI to conduct an assessment requires adjustments, namely changing the goal from previously assessing a product to assessing a production as a whole. In this study, the implementation of Nano Level MCI succeeded in assessing the production in the latest PPM with an average index of 0.79 which means that the system in PPM is quite circular. Then, the recommendation for improvement with the addition of workstations resulted in an increase in the average index to 0.80.

Striving in Banking Industry in Indonesia Through Technology Information Investment Effectiveness 通过技术信息投资提高印尼银行业的效益

Digitalization in the banking industry has rapidly sped up, especially during this pandemic era. Customers’ needs and expectations push banking companies to invest in technology even more, forcing banks to select and implement the technology prudently and effectively. This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology investment effectiveness in the banking industry in Indonesia. The data in this study was obtained from 33 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), from 2015-2020. Data analyzed using Eviews 9. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between information technology investment on bank performance that is measured by two parameters, the first one is a financial performance using return on asset (ROA) and the second one is bank efficiency using cost efficiency (CEFF). The effectiveness of information technology investment in this study was measured by Total Investment Per Employee (TIPE), Employee Expense per total Asset (EEAR), the total number of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), and Investment Computer Software (ICS). The results are, for TIPE and total of ATM have a positive and significant relationship on bank performance whereas the EEAR and ICS have a negative and significant relationship to bank performance. This study provides implications and unique insights about the role of management in managing the information technology investment effectiveness for bank performance.

Performance Evaluation of Systematic Option Trading Strategies Using Entry and Exit Points Predicted by Machine Learning 基于机器学习预测进场和退出点的系统期权交易策略绩效评估

In option trading, there are various technical indicators that can be used to determine entry signals. There are also various setups for systematic option trading strategies. The objective of this research is to evaluate the performance of systematic option trading strategies using entry signals generated by machine learning with technical indicators as predictors. To achieve this objective, a two-phase study is conducted. During Phase 1, machine learning algorithm is utilized to generate entry signals based on support and resistance prediction. Based on these signals, various option trading setups are evaluated in the Phase 2 to find an optimal setup that yield the highest ROC. Neural network algorithm with 5 hidden layers and 100 neurons in each layer is found to be the best algorithm to predict support and resistance to be used as signals. The back-testing results show that option trading strategy that yield the highest ROC is debit spread strategy with delta 0.15 setup and DTE 30 setup, which results in 399% annual ROC. The benchmark test results show that the performance of option trading using machine learning entry signals prediction outperforms option trading with single technical indicator entry signals, and that option trading outperforms the regular stock trading.

Scaffolding Methodology Implementation for Training Program in an Engine Assembly Department of Indonesian Remanufacturing Company 脚手架教学法在印尼某再制造公司发动机装配部培训计划中的实施

Remanufacturing is a form of circular economy implementation that is crucial to drive the sustainability development goals. PT. XYZ, one of the most extensive remanufacturing companies in Indonesia aims to improve its competitiveness and sustainability by focusing on their human resources aspect, especially on the competencies of assembly mechanics. The challenge occurred when the learning development lead time is time consuming, thus found an urgent need for its optimization. In order to dealt with the challenge, this research is conducted by adopting the Scaffolding Methodology model of which consists of four stages, namely focused instruction, guided instruction, collaborative learning and independent learning. The training program emphasized not only on the enhancement of the curriculum and the practical concept, but also its training location and the adoption of E-Learning. Moreover, the use of scaffolding method as gradual release of responsibility framework has been deployed, as well as knowledge conversion in the form of assembly collaboration and re-layout of assembly lines. Finally, this study has succeeded in developing an integrated training program that able to generate a significant reduction in preparing mechanic's competencies.

Green Consumerism in Indonesia 印尼的绿色消费主义

Green consumerism contributes to the preservation of the sustainability development in the future. The use of green products is part of the pro-environmental behavior that plays an important role in reducing the amount of waste, sustainable development, and saving resources. This study aims to determine the effects of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived control behavior on green consumerism in Indonesia with green purchase intention as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires to respondents with good understanding of the concept of green or eco-friendly products and data processing is done by path analysis. Results showed that attitude and perceived control behavior affect green purchase intention while subjective norm does not. Attitude, subjective norm and perceived control behavior do not directly influence green consumerism. This study shows that the intention to buy green products and adopt green consumerism is influenced by internal consumer factors.

Supply Chain Model to Support the Sustainability of Biomass based Power Plants: Indonesia case 支持生物质发电厂可持续发展的供应链模型:印度尼西亚案例

New and renewable energy in Indonesia's energy mix in 2025 is 23 percent, including biomass. West Java Province is the largest producer of agricultural rice products in Indonesia, the problem is that the source of the supply of agricultural biomass is spread in various areas. This study aimed to optimize the supply chain model of agricultural biomass for a steam power plant in West Java Province. The variables considered are distance, cost, type of biomass, volume, and seasonal constraints. Energy demand analysis is based on low calorific value data for each biomass by considering supply fluctuations, while supply chain optimization uses a combination of transportation and cost models. The most significant supply of biomass comes from rice husks, followed by palm shells, wood waste, and corn cobs. Sources of supply come from 11 regencies/cities with a radius of 200 km. The boiler capacity for power generation is planned at 25 tons, it requires heat of 456.05 Gcal/day from a minimum of 264.9 tons/day of biomass. There are five intermediary suppliers with supply capabilities between 20 tons - 330 tons, supply chain optimization from intermediate suppliers to the power plant locus results in a mixed biomass unit price of IDR 2088/kg or IDR 775.76 per calorie. To support the sustainable supply of biomass raw materials, in November, December, and January the main sources of supply of biomass are wood waste and palm shells because rice production decreased to only 30%.

This study aimed to optimize the supply chain model of agricultural biomass for a steam power plant in West Java Province. The variables considered are distance, cost, type of biomass, volume, and seasonal constraints. Energy demand analysis is based on low calorific value data for each biomass by considering supply fluctuations, while supply chain optimization uses a combination of transportation and cost models. The most significant supply of biomass comes from rice husks, followed by palm shells, wood waste, and corn cobs. Sources of supply come from 11 regencies/cities with a radius of 200 km. The boiler capacity for power generation is planned at 25 tons, it requires heat of 456.05 Gcal/day from a minimum of 264.9 tons/day of biomass. There are five intermediary suppliers with supply capabilities between 20 tons - 330 tons, supply chain optimization from intermediate suppliers to the power plant locus results in a mixed biomass unit price of IDR 2088/kg or IDR 775.76 per calorie. United Tractors is committed to providing total solutions for products and services that customers need to provide the best satisfaction for customers in using products and services. In order for products and service quality to always meet customer specifications and expectations, we provide excellent service through the after-sales service quality assurance program, namely UT Guaranteed Product Support (UT GPS) [1]. In order to maximize On-Time in full Machine maintenance period, improving mechanical competence is one of the main things that must be done. To determine the right material of training, we need to make the right decisions using the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) application. In this research, decision making is based on business criteria with parameters of population, the number of job orders and the number of parts orders and combined with job frequency criteria by job classification criteria with Preventive Maintenance (PM) parameters, Machine Trouble Shooting (MTS) and Component Overhaul (OVH). In this paper data matrix is inputted to the application super decision for getting the result. Rank of training based on business criteria is a result for get the decision making for start training based on priority number at PT United Tractor Tbk.

The effect of supporting facilities growth around the urban campus on land-use change 城市校园周边配套设施发展对土地利用变化的影响

Previous research revealed spatial interactions between several public facilities and campus locations. Therefore, it is likely that a campus development in a location will encourage the growth of various supporting facilities in that location. Thus, the question arises: Do the campus's existence and various public facilities around it encourage changes in land use in the area? The objective of this study is to explore land-use changes in the areas around education facilities. This study used a Geographical Information System (GIS) to process and analyze data, including the projection system setup, digitizing, editing, and visualizing. The results of the land use analysis for several consecutive years show a tendency to increase the built-up area category and decrease the cultivated land category. These findings provide insight into the questions underlying this research. These findings provide insight into the questions underlying this research and encourage further research on how to determine the appropriate location for developing various supporting facilities by understanding the environmental transformation of the existing urban campus. The relationship between campus locations and neighborhood characteristics, such as demographics and income, also requires further research.

Malicious traffic analysis using Markov chain 基于马尔可夫链的恶意流量分析

A massive increase in cyber attacks during pandemics has made enterprise organizations around the world strive to find new ways to comprehend and detect unknown threats. A firewall has been devised specifically for these tasks, warding off external attacks on the enterprise perimeter network. Our research aims to identify these possible intrusions through firewall traffic analysis based on the Markov chain state transition graph. The research results show that our methods can clearly distinguish malicious traffic from anomaly traffic.
