The results showed that the level of the class management group process approach got good results, the learning motivation level was good, and the learning achievement level got good results. Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of the group process approach in classroom management, the level of learning motivation, and the level of learning achievement of students in Public Senior High Schools in Lamongan Regency, as well as the influence between these three variables.
