This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive design. The data obtained in this study are from questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research sample was 273 by using the area cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The results showed that the level of the class management group process approach got good results, the learning motivation level was good, and the learning achievement level got good results. Abstract
