It has been established that in order to adapt children and persons with disabilities (limited health) to social life, it is necessary to involve them in the optimal level of physical activity, which entails the restoration of mental and vegetative functions of the body. Abstract

The experience of the volunteer movement Kostroma State University´ (KSU) students in the rehabilitation center for the disabled of all ages and categories (RCD) and physical education classes in the Karaganda Medical University (MUK) ´ physical health center is presented.
