Abstract
The article is devoted to performing a series of autologous transplantations of peripheral hematopoietic stem cells in multiple myeloma (MM). For the first time in Central Asia, in the Kyrgyz Scientific Center of Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, autologous hematopoietic stem cells were used in the treatment of 26 patients with MM. Comprehensive laboratory and functional analyses were carried out to diagnose MM. Autologous stem cells were collected using the blood cell separator. Conditioning mode and an algorithm of therapeutic approaches of patients before autotransplantation and post-transplantation monitoring were used.
