Abstract
In the first decade of the 20th century, gas and electric vehicles were in a head to head battle. Actually until after 1915, electric trucks dominated the urban scene. At this time it was not only commercial concerns who preferred electric's but women too, for they were clean, easy to start and drive, and you know something.. they still are!
