The findings reveal that there exist a positive relationship between LO and organizational performance. The findings also demonstrate that the effects of LO on organizational performance are positively moderated by EO. Abstract

The current study examines the impact of learning orientation (LO) on organizational performance and also the moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the relationship between LO and organizational performance among the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. This questionnaire survey was conducted among 213 managers/ owners of manufacturing SMEs.
