The main reasons for not willing to is “small room for improvement”, “not optimistic development prospects” “slow economic development and poor working conditions” “insufficient policy protection and difficult re- employment” and “ not high salary”. Conclusion: Improve the support policy so that the talent is “willing to work in primary healthcare institutions”. Abstract

目的:分析基层医疗卫生机构医学生解决就业问题的影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对304名临床医学本科生进行调查。采用卡方检验和二元logistic回归分析影响医学本科生就业意向的因素。结果:愿意到基层医疗卫生机构工作的主要原因是“积累基层经验”、“响应国家号召、服务社会”、“为以后的工作做准备”和“为家乡做贡献”。不愿意的主要原因是“提升空间小”、“发展前景不乐观”、“经济发展缓慢、劳动条件差”、“政策保障不足、再就业困难”和“工资不高”。结论:完善支持政策,使人才“愿意到基层医疗卫生机构工作”。提供一个平台,确保人们“愿意去初级卫生保健机构”。
