Abstract

As educational technology becomes more prevalent in Management Education, teaching is no longer restricted to face-to-face instruction. The purpose of this study is to use Moodle, a Learning Management System (LMS), in a management institute and study the reasons and the motivation behind its use by the participants. Traditional instructional activities such as presenting information, managing course material, and collecting and evaluating student work, all was done using Moodle. The findings of this paper would be useful in making effective use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Management Education.
