Abstract

The continuous acceleration of social and cultural construction in China has played a vital role in promoting the rapid development of various undertakings in China. The development of social sports in China is a strong proof, especially leisure sports has been unprecedented development. 基于样本分析和运动负荷计算方法的河源客家文化居民休闲体育行为研究

中国社会文化建设的不断加快，对中国各项事业的快速发展起到了至关重要的推动作用。社会体育在中国的发展就是一个有力的证明，尤其是休闲体育得到了前所未有的发展。本文采用文献法(收集整理相关文献进行归纳和参考)、实证调查法(以元城区143名常住居民为样本抽取对象)、数据整理法(对元城区各年龄段居民休闲运动负荷调查样本数据进行分析整理)、并以河源客家文化为背景，对河源客家传统体育文化主导居民的休闲体育行为进行深入的研究和探索，希望研究观点能给广大专家学者带来一些启示，从而实现河源地区社会体育的整体加速发展。
