Abstract

Ryu and Floodlight controllers are being used in academia and industries for different research and development purposes. The objective of this paper is to compare the performance of these controllers under different topologies namely single, linear, tree, torus and custom. Experiments are performed under a much known emulator, mininet. Four parameters were valuated under this experimental setups namely throughput, jitter, latency and packet loss.
