In view of the above four abnormal situations, this paper uses computer vision and statistics related technology to monitor the operation of the belt conveyor in real time, and inform the staff of the abnormal information in the form of broadcast, that is to build a set of intelligent monitoring system based on computer vision. Abstract

Coal resource is an important basic energy in China, and coal industry plays an important role in the development of national economy and society. Belt conveyor is a very important transport equipment in the coal mining operation. 基于计算机视觉技术的煤炭输送带智能监控系统
煤炭资源是中国重要的基础能源,煤炭工业在国民经济和社会发展中占有重要地位。带式输送机是煤矿开采作业中一种非常重要的运输设备。然而,在实际生产场景中,可能会出现一些带式输送机的异常运行,甚至导致安全事故。这些异常主要包括:皮带空转不输送物料、皮带偏离、皮带上有异物、人离皮带太近等。针对以上四种异常情况,本文利用计算机视觉和统计相关技术对带式输送机的运行情况进行实时监控,并将异常信息以广播的形式告知工作人员,即构建一套基于计算机视觉的智能监控系统。因此,本文的工作主要有两个方面,一是构建一套完整的基于计算机视觉技术的煤炭输送带监控系统,二是在该监控系统中,本文还提出了一种基于局部像素差来判断输送带运行和停机的方法。
