Abstract

The training is the important means to improve power system operators' quality and ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of power system. The job of 10kV line breaker check is one of the most important tasks of relay protection, and the training effect of this job is directly related to the work efficiency and quality of relay protection employees. However, in the training for relay protection trainees, it is impossible to carry out the actual operation in the substation considering the safety factor, and the construction of simulated substation costs a lot.
