Combining the population density, level of risk and economies of scale, this paper analyzed the scope of services of the airport of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and existing general aviation airports and optimized the layout, site selection and range of services in this area. Finally, the use of AHP helps determine the index weight of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region general aviation airports layout and ultimately determine the optimization program by the index evaluation. Abstract

General aviation is an important part of the national emergency rescue system, how to make rational layout of general aviation airports have great significance for improving China's overall aviation emergency rescue. 京津冀通用航空机场布局优化
通用航空是国家应急救援体系的重要组成部分,如何合理布局通用航空机场,对于提高中国整体航空应急救援水平具有重要意义。本文通过分析京津冀地区通用航空机场布局的影响因素,对区域通用航空机场布局优化进行研究。利用消防站响应区域的计算方法,确定通用航空机场应急响应时间和服务半径。结合人口密度、风险水平和规模经济,分析了京津冀机场和现有通用航空机场的服务范围,优化了京津冀机场的布局、选址和服务范围。最后,运用层次分析法确定京津冀地区通用航空机场布局的指标权重,并通过指标评价最终确定优化方案。研究结果可为城市应急救援公共基础设施布局优化提供参考。
