Abstract

0.995(Ba0.6Sr0.4)TiO3-0.005MgTiO3 thick films with SiO2 and (Ba0.6Sr0.4)TiO3 thick films have been prepared by the inkjet printing. Dielectric constant and tan¿ of the prepared thick films were measured at 100 kHz. Both dielectric constant and tan¿ were improved by MgTiO3 and SiO2 addition.
