Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the managerial processes in private educational institutions. As is known, managerial processes express an indispensable system integrity in all institutions and organizations without distinction of public or private. Managerial processes in private educational institutions are necessary for the institution to exist and maintain its existence alone. Managerial processes have a separate place in special educational institutions. Because in private educational institutions, managerial processes are intertwined with the understanding of financial management. Financial management comes to the fore in private educational institutions established more specifically for family companies. The follow-up of managerial processes in private educational institutions established on a local, regional and global scale is as difficult and complex as the follow-up of financial management processes. When the subject is approached within the framework of family companies, it is seen that the understanding of financial management has a direct impact on the managerial processes of private educational institutions. This situation can bring about a number of positive and negative processes in private educational institutions in direct proportion to the strength of financial management power.
