Abstract
AFM operating procedures is essential information for airplane safe operation. During the airplane design and certification, systematic approaches are necessary in the development of AFM operating procedures to ensure its validity and integrity. The related airworthiness regulation and advisory materials requirements of transport category airplane is analyzed, the AFM operating procedure identification approaches are proposed based on the scenario analysis method, the normalization procedure content formation process is provided, the verification requirement for demonstrating compliance with the airworthiness requirement is also analyzed and given.
