ACTIVITIES OF LITERARY INSTITUTIONS OF THE BORDER TERRITORIES OF THE FAR EAST TO STRENGTHEN RUSSIAN-CHINESE LITERARY CONTACTS

Abstract

The article examines the results of the activities of literary institutions to strengthen literary contacts between residents of the border territories of the Far East and Northeast of China in the twentieth century and the first decades of the XXI century. An overview of the most significant projects in this area is presented. The main publications of Russian and Chinese authors contributing to the development of cross-border cultural cooperation are briefly considered. It is concluded that such activities contribute to a deeper understanding of the mentality and culture of China and Russia and strengthen friendship and good neighborliness
