From the results of document analysis and interviews, HRIS implementation process in Bank XYZ have been done in several phases based on application software package model methodology including the definition, selection, development and implementation and operation phases. In addition to the planned implementation phase change management was needed in this HRIS implementation process, so that implementation can be carried out in accordance with the specified time. Abstract

Basically this research is to discuss how successfully select and implement HRIS at organization that have large-scale and complex condition. Also understand the process implementation included sticking to a timeline.
