Social Media have been impacted in many ways of how an enterprise interact with its stakeholder (customer, supplier, employee). In the era of new Normal post Covid19 when customer is going online, then Enterprise should learn how to use this phenomenon to its benefit in achieving its goals. PT XYZ has used Social Media in many ways to connect with the customers. This paper is exploring these areas and comparing with other companies using Customer Knowledge Management aspects: for customers, from customers and about customers. In the end the paper will give some suggestions to improve effectiveness of the Social Media usage.

So far, the XYZ Department Store's transaction data management process has been carried out using the Zahir Enterprise Application, which manages products data, supplier data, customer data, sales and purchase transaction data. This application, however, has not been able to help managers quickly analyze data in order to make decisions. As a result, using Business Intelligence (BI) to perform Dashboard System-Based Data Visualization Analysis is one solution to these issues. The BI Framework should be used as a reference when able to conduct studies to prove the application of BI, beginning with problem identification and progressing to the planning phase, which includes evaluating infrastructure and conducting design process. The analysis phase follows, and it concentrates on a thorough examination of every problem and business opportunity related to BI implementation. Furthermore, the data warehouse and ETL design processes are carried out and use PDI tool during the design phase. Finally, the implementation phase includes the selection and the use of BI software applications for analyzing and visualizing. Furthermore, the forecasting feature in the BI application can be used to make it easier for managers to predict future transactions by using times series predictions known as exponential smoothing. It is hoped that this research will result in a Dashboard System-based data visualization that will help managers make better decisions.

The technology has now been implemented to display variations of the fountain burst. The fountain burst is made dynamic to be an attraction for people who see it. In this research, the PAJ7620 sensor was used to capture hand gestures that were inputted by the user, then processed by the microcontroller, then displayed a burst of fountains according to the pattern. There are four hand gestures, to the right, to the left, upwards, and downwards. Four fountain burst patterns follow the hand gestures input by the user. The testing of this research showed that the system could capture hand gestures and display a fountain burst pattern with a 100% success rate.

In the era of digitization, increasing reliable broadband internet connection with a large capacity is important. There is still no Terrestrial network in the Jakarta-Bandung region to support fast broadband connectivity. The development of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train railway can be used to convey the development of a backbone fiber-optic network, which can save money and time compared to self-deployed projects. This paper offers a design and analysis for a fiber optic backbone deployment. The architecture offered utilizes four stations as a place to place the transmitter, two repeaters, and receivers. Several technical parameters are determined, then analyzed using the Link power budget, Rise Time Budget, and Bit Error Rate. The Link Power Budget Analysis shows that the system's distance ranges from 116.57 Km to 120 Km. From the Rise Time Budget Analysis, the maximum rise time of the system ranges from 58.171 ps to 66.692 ps. The Bit Error Rate Analysis shows that the BER of the system design is 6.71 x 10. Thus, the system design can be implemented if these results are compared with the parameters to be achieved.

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has hundreds of ethnic groups and regional languages. One of the well-known regional languages is the Minangkabau language (BM) which is dominantly used in several areas in Sumatra which are in the Austronesian family. The habit of the Minangkabau people in their daily life is to always use the Minangkabau language (BM) in communicating. Usually, the Minang tribe always communicates every day using the Minangkabau language, so that it is unique for the people around them, thus creating curiosity to know BM. So this research was conducted to translate BM into Indonesian. The purpose of this research is to translate BM into Indonesian. By using the translation engine of the Minangkabau Language Stemming Algorithm (SBMK). The data processed were 600 basic words in printed dictionaries and sentences in 12 BM documents. The level of accuracy of the translation results from this study is 98.33% for basic words and 94.68% for sentences in the document. The resulting algorithm is very precise to translate and process the basic word spelling checker in BM words and documents into Indonesian.

Basically this research is to discuss how successfully select and implement HRIS at organization that have large-scale and complex condition. Also understand the process implementation included sticking to a timeline. Bank XYZ is a case study in this research, the reason to implement HRIS is because in human resource management division was previously carried out in seven systems that were not integrated (Time Management, Performance Management, Travel Management, Learning Management System, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Payroll/Tax), so interface and scheduler were needed to stream data. As a result, data could not be accessed in real time in other applications that needed it. The large-scale organization has an issue in sticking to a timeline, because Bank XYZ has a large scale and complex organizational conditions, we can learn from Bank XYZ how the process implementation HRIS in large-scale company to that issue. From the results of document analysis and interviews, HRIS implementation process in Bank XYZ have been done in several phases based on application software package model methodology including the definition, selection, development and implementation and operation phases. In addition to the planned implementation phase change management was needed in this HRIS implementation process, so that implementation can be carried out in accordance with the specified time. Then for large-scale and complex organization can learn how to implement HRIS right into the timeline based on this research.

The student's fault is not the only cause of dropping out of school. Often, cases of dropping out of school are only associated with too general problems. However, sensitive issues that can be detrimental to certain parties in this regard, such as the institution's reputation, are usually not made public. To overcome this, an in-depth analysis of these cases is needed for proper handling. Many risks are associated with creating a single repository for this sensitive information. Therefore, some encryption is required to ensure data is not leaked. However, encryption at rest and in transit is insufficient as data leakage is a considerable risk during processing. In addition, there is also a risk of abuse of authority by insiders so that no single entity is allowed to have access to all data. Homomorphic encryption presents a viable solution to this challenge. Data may be aggregated under the security provided by Homomorphic Encryption. This method makes the data available for computation without being decrypted first and without paying the risk of having a single repository.

Asset growth describes how the company invests its own funds for operations and investments. Asset growth is a change (increase or decrease) in the total assets owned by a company. This study aims to examine total assets, total liabilities, total equity, total revenues, dividends, Earnings Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Mergin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), payout ratio, and yield which has a significant effect on asset growth based on financial performance in LQ45 indexed companies in 2016–2019. The population used in this study is LQ45 indexed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2019, the data used in this study is secondary data. The total sample is 56 enterprises. We analyse the data with binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that total assets, total liabilities, total revenues, dividends, Earnings Per Share (EPS), Book Value (BV), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Mergin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and payout ratio did not have a significant effect on asset growth. Financial performance that has a significant effect on asset growth obtained 3 free variables, namely total equity, Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and yield. Other variables, although they have an influence, do not have a significant effect on asset growth. The result of reseach from the sixteen variables, three variables were found that had an effect on the response.

On the Internet of Things (IoT) era, specialized applications are highly demanded to solve real-life problems. We apply Haversine Formula in our proposed notification system and GPS position tracking method and choose daycare as our experimental object. The aim is to create a system that automatically connects teachers in daycare and parents when they are picked up. It allows teachers to track parents' location on the maps. This system is built using an Android-based application called “Child Pick Up (CPU)” with the login page being the first page that will appear when logging into the application. There is an option to sign up for a new parent account on this page. Then, the daycare teacher can verify the account. “CPU” application can send two notifications, when parents press the pickup button and when parents are less than 100 m from daycare. Based on the testing and analysis in this research, it can be concluded that the system can track a parent's location based on GPS position. The average distance when the second notification appears on the teacher's smartphone in daycare is 87.22 m. The pickup and arrival time is recorded on Firebase.

With the increasing number of smartphone users worldwide, gender prediction research has shifted from using keyboard strokes to touch behaviour from smartphone. One of the touching behaviours is swiping behaviour from gesture keyboard. The goal of this research was to produce a classification result for gender and intent (Quickly, Accurately, Creatively) by utilizing finger swiping behaviors on gesture keyboards. Research methods were conducted by data development, data training, data testing and performance evaluation. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) recurrent neural network architecture served as the main structure for data training. Evaluation used cross validation method with performance evaluation metrics (F1 score and Area Under Curve (AUC)). The highest result of gender classification is 0.88 F1 score and 0.84 AUC for male and 0.83 F1 score and 0.85 AUC for female. As for intent classification it is 0.76 F1 Score and 0.91 AUC. It can be concluded that gender and intent can be classified using LSTM architecture from finger swiping behaviors.
