On this basis, a blending ensemble learning algorithm is applied to establish the hybrid model by integrating random forest and XGBoost. Abstract

Pollution degree not only affects the lifespan of insulators, but also plays an important role in the operation of transmission lines. Current detection methods are usually conducted offline, which cannot provide a timely reference for monitoring and maintenance. To address this issue, an insulator online detection system is designed in this paper. 基于混合集成学习交叉优化算法的绝缘子污染度检测方法
绝缘子的污染程度不仅影响绝缘子的使用寿命,而且对输电线路的运行也起着重要的作用。目前的检测方法通常是离线进行的,无法为监控和维护提供及时的参考。针对这一问题,本文设计了一种绝缘子在线检测系统。针对优化难度大、过拟合和精度低等问题,提出了一种基于交叉优化算法和混合集成学习的绝缘子污染程度分类混合模型。首先,提取两个关键特征,即湿度和泄漏电流。其次,由于随机森林的超参数直接影响预测精度,采用CSO算法对这些关键参数进行动态优化。在此基础上,采用混合集成学习算法,将随机森林与XGBoost相结合,建立混合模型。实验结果表明,该混合模型能有效地对绝缘子污染程度进行分类。
