Dynamic Model of Macroregion Subjects' Interests Coordination

Abstract

A dynamic model for reconciling common and private interests (SOCHI model) of federal entities in the development of the macroregion was built. The model takes into account threshold restrictions on the volume of production, emissions and discharges of pollutants. The presented model takes into account the interaction of federal entities in the development of neighboring entities and the macro-region in symbiosis by redirecting part of the internal investment flows of each region to common development goals and projects, which contributes to a synergistic effect. The results of the model study are tested on the data of the subjects of the Southern Federal District
